Ingredients
- 2 cups besan
- 2 cup sugar powdered
- 1 cup ghee
- 4-6 almonds finely chopped
- 4-6 pistachios chopped
- 4-6cashew nuts chopped
Preparation
- In a kadhai mix gram flour and ghee over a low heat and keep constantly stirring to avoid lumps.
- When it releases a aroma, it is ready.
- Now remove from the gas and allow it to cool.
- Add all the remaining ingredients, sugar ,nuts and mix thoroughly.
- Now form ping-pong size balls of the mixture.
- They are ready to be served
