Shrikhand recipe
Ingredients:
1 container plain yogurt
1/2 cup sugar powdered
2 tsp rose water
1 tsp cardamom powder
some ground nutmeg
4 threads of saffron
6-7 pistachios chopped
Preparation
Mix all ingredients ,dont mix pistachios,then Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
After that ,remove it and keep stirring for 5 mins.
Sprinkle shrikhand with pistachios.
Serve cold.
