Ingredients:
- 1 container plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar powdered
- 2 tsp rose water
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- some ground nutmeg
- 4 threads of saffron
- 6-7 pistachios chopped
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients ,dont mix pistachios,then Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- After that ,remove it and keep stirring for 5 mins.
- Sprinkle shrikhand with pistachios.
- Serve cold.
