methodboil the mangoes with water in a pan . Simmer for 15 minutes. remove the mangoes from water and peel, remove the seed and pulp the mango with a masher. Add water, sugar, salt, chili and cumin. blend it properlyStir in the mint and whisk Serve chilled with crushed ice.
