- 250 gms Prawns
- 1,Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger, garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- Oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- clean the prawns properly.
- Mix all the ingredients except the oil and apply over the prawns and marinate it for an hour.
- Heat oil in a shallow pan and deep fry till brown or well cooked.
- Garnish with rings of onions and fried curry leaves.
