INDIAN ALOO CHAAT RECIPE
Ingredients:
4 peeled potatoes
1 tsp red chilli powder1- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder2 tsp chaat masalaTamarind ChutneyMint Chutney (according to the taste) for garnishing Coriander Leavesfor garnish - chopped onion, tomato chopped , fresh pomegranate seeds oil for frying
Preparation:Dice potatoes into large dice - 3/4 to 1 inch cubes. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry potatoes, till golden brown makt sure that the potatoes are cooked properly . Drain on tissue paper. place the fried potatoes and toss with red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala. Add accordingly all chutneys , mix all the ingredients well .garnished with coriander leaves, chopped onion, tomato julienne or pomegranate Serve, with toothpicks, in individual bowls, .
