Ingredients:
1 kg bhindi (ladies fingers)
3 medium onions, chopped 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp coriander paste 1 tsp cumin seed powder 3 tomatoes 3 tsp oil How to make bhindi dopiaza :
Do not slice the bhindi,Cut the tip and the very bottom from it
Heat oil in a pan and add onion and cook it till gloden brown. then Add all ingredients except bhindi , and tomatoes bhindi , then cook for 10 minutes. Garnish with tomatoes serve it with steam rice or hot parathas
