Cafe Astoria Cocktail
Ingredients
1/2 measures coffee essence
2 measures milk
1/4 measure pineapple juice
1/4 measure lemon juice
chocolate sugar strands to decorate
method
Place the ingredients in an electric blender with some crushed ice and blend on maximum speed speed on for 30 seconds.
Pour into a cocktail glass and
sprinkle sugar strands on top just before serving.
