Ingredients:- 6-7 Bread Slices
- 1cup Gram Flour
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Ajwain
- Red chili powder to taste
- 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
- Oil for frying
How to make bread pakoda :
Cut Bread slices into desired shapes (like triangle, rectangle etc.)
add gram flour salt, chili powder, garam masala, ajwain and mix it. also can put some coriander leaves-that is optional make a smooth batter by pouring water at regular interval,the batter should not be very thick or thin. Heat oil and Dip bread piece in the batter and fry till crispsy brown · Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
