Ingredients
- 1 cup Broken rice
- ½ cup, grated Jaggery
- 2½ cup, thin Coconut milk
- 1 cup, thick Coconut milk
- 2tbsp Cardamoms
- 1 tbsp Cashews and raisins powder
Method
- Wash the rice and cook it in the thin coconut milk till it is soft and tender.
- Add the jaggery and stir till it dissolves.
- Add the thick coconut milk and cook on low flame for sometime.
- Remove from fire and sprinkle cardamom powder and fried cashews and raisins.
