2 large dessert apples
600 ml (1 pint) boiling water 1/2 teaspoon sugar Method:
Chop the apples and place in a bowl.
Pour the boiling water over the apples and add the sugar.Leave to stand for 10 minutes, then strain into a jug and allow to cool.Pour over ice cubes in a tall tumbler and decorate with an apple slice.Serve wit ha straw.
