- 2 large dessert apples
- 600 ml (1 pint) boiling water
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Method:
- Chop the apples and place in a bowl.
- Pour the boiling water over the apples and add the sugar.
- Leave to stand for 10 minutes, then strain into a jug and allow to cool.
- Pour over ice cubes in a tall tumbler and decorate with an apple slice.
- Serve wit ha straw.
