Apple Eye Cocktail

Ingredients

• 2 measures apple juice
• 1 dash lime juice
• ginger beer to top up

method

• Stir the bitters and lime juice together in large wine glass.
• top up with ginger beer
• and decorate with lime slices.
• Serve with a straw.
