- 2 cup Puffed Rice (Kurmura)
- 1cup chopped Tomato
- 1 cup chopped Onion
- 3/4 cup chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 cup boiled and mashed Potato
- 3 chopped Green Chilli
- 1 tblsp chopped Ginger
- 2tblsp Garam Masala
- 7 tblsp Tamarind (Imli) Chutney
- 8 tblsp Mint Chutney
- 1/2 cup Nimkis
- 1 cup Sev
- 1 cup Gol gappas
- 3 tblsp Lemon Juice
How to make bhel puri:
· Mix the puffed rice, tomatoes, onions.
· Mix the boiled potatoes
· Mix all the ingredients under seasoning .
· Lightly crush and add the nimkis and golgappas.

· Finally garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
