BHEL PURI RECIPE

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup Puffed Rice (Kurmura)
  • 1cup chopped Tomato
  • 1 cup chopped Onion
  • 3/4 cup chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 cup boiled and mashed Potato
  • 3 chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 tblsp chopped Ginger
  • 2tblsp Garam Masala
  • 7 tblsp Tamarind (Imli) Chutney
  • 8 tblsp Mint Chutney
  • 1/2 cup Nimkis
  • 1 cup Sev
  • 1 cup Gol gappas
  • 3 tblsp Lemon Juice

How to make bhel puri:
· Mix the puffed rice, tomatoes, onions.
· Mix the boiled potatoes
· Mix all the ingredients under seasoning .
· Lightly crush and add the nimkis and golgappas.
· garnish it with Adding the sev and
· Finally garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
· Serve immediately..
