- Broken rice - 2 cup
- Jaggery - 1 cup, grated
- Coconut milk - 3 cup, thin
- Coconut milk -11/2 cup, thick
- Cardamoms - 1 teaspoon
- ground Cashews and raisins
To Prepare Rice Payasam :
- Wash the broken rice . And cook it in the thin coconut milk till it is soft and tender.
- Add the jaggery and thick coconut milk stir till it dissolves. cook on low flame for sometime. Remove from fire .
- Garnish with ground green cardamom powder and fried cashews and raisins.
