KHASTA DAL KACHORI RECIPE
4 cups Flour (atta) Salt as per taste 1 green chili chopped 1/2tsp asafoetida powder 1tbsp anise seeds 2tsp coriander seeds 1tsp white cumin seeds 1tsp red chili powder Oil add enough water to the flour make soft dough. Cover the dough with damp cloth and leave for 30 minutes. to make stuffing Grind beans with the chili powder, salt and spices . Mix well and divide it into 20 . Divide the dough into 20equal portions, Flatten and roll out into 2inch round. stuf one portion in each round and roll into a smooth flatten ballof about 3inch round. Heat oil for deep frying put the kachori and cook both the side until golden brown. Serve the dal kachori hot with chutneyor tomato sauce.
