CHOLEY BHATURE RECIPE

Ingredients:

forBhature

  • 2 cups (Maida)
  • 1 pouch Yeast
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Salt to taste

for Choley

  • 250gms of Garbanzo beans
  • 1tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Oil
  • 6 Mint leaves
  • 1tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1tsp Chilly Powder
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cups of Water
  • Salt to taste

How to make chhole bhature :

Bhature

  • Take yeast and soak in lukewarm water 20 minutes
  • add the yeast in all other ingredients and mix well and make a soft dough
  • and keep aside for 4-5 hours
  • Roll like little thick puri and Fry till golden brown.
    Chole
  • Take 2 tsp of oil heat it,Add garlic powder and Then add cumin seeds fry till they start crackle.
  • Now add bay leaves and cloves. Add diced onions. Fry then till they are light brown.
  • add all ingredients including water
  • pressure cookerit and wait for 3 whistles to come ·
  • Garnish choley with thinly sliced long pieces of onion and a piece of lemon split and also with mint leaves.
