Appleade Cocktail

  • 2 large dessert apples
  • 600 ml (1 pint) boiling water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar


  • Chop the apples and place in a bowl.
  • Pour the boiling water over the apples and add the sugar.
  • Leave to stand for 10 minutes, then strain into a jug and allow to cool.
  • Pour over ice cubes in a tall tumbler and decorate with an apple slice.
  • Serve wit ha straw.
