- 1/2 measures coffee essence
- 2 measures milk
- 1/4 measure pineapple juice
- 1/4 measure lemon juice

method
- Place the ingredients in an electric blender with some crushed ice and blend on maximum speed speed on for 30 seconds.
- Pour into a cocktail glass and
- sprinkle sugar strands on top just before serving.
