Cafe Astoria Cocktail

  • 1/2 measures coffee essence
  • 2 measures milk
  • 1/4 measure pineapple juice
  • 1/4 measure lemon juice
  • chocolate sugar strands to decorate


  • Place the ingredients in an electric blender with some crushed ice and blend on maximum speed speed on for 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a cocktail glass and
  • sprinkle sugar strands on top just before serving.
