BHINDI BHAJI RECIPE or bhindi dopiaza

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg bhindi (ladies fingers)
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp coriander paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seed powder
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 tsp oil

How to make bhindi dopiaza :

  • Do not slice the bhindi,Cut the tip and the very bottom from it
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion and cook it till gloden brown.
  • then Add all ingredients except bhindi , and tomatoes
  • bhindi , then cook for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with tomatoes
  • serve it with steam rice or hot parathas
