Ingredients:
- 1 kg bhindi (ladies fingers)
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander paste
- 1 tsp cumin seed powder
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 tsp oil
How to make bhindi dopiaza :
- Do not slice the bhindi,Cut the tip and the very bottom from it
- Heat oil in a pan and add onion and cook it till gloden brown.
- then Add all ingredients except bhindi , and tomatoes
- bhindi , then cook for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with tomatoes
- serve it with steam rice or hot parathas
